Over the span of 35 years, he has gone from a youth leader into a visionary architect of India's private security industry. His inspiring journey is marked by an unwavering commitment to workers' rights, turning a once-fragmented sector into an organized, thriving field. As the founder of Excel Group, and the Chairman of the Association of Private Security Agencies (APSA) for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, he has built a successful enterprise and one of the foremost professional associations in the security industry.
Mr. Reddy's legacy is etched into Hyderabad's very infrastructure-he introduced the city's first CCTV surveillance system in 1998. He is the recipient of the Indira Gandhi Memorial National Award and multiple Security Leadership Awards. He was the General Secretary of the Youth Congress, where his dedication to community service first took root and since then he has established an old age home.
He is the father of triplets-a son and two daughters.
